Post-Conference Tour Itinerary

Phillip Island → Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges (3 Days / 2 Nights)

Friday 15 – Sunday 17 January 2027

Overview

Following the conclusion of the conference at CYC The Island, international guests are warmly invited to join an optional 2-day group tour, travelling by private coach with a guide from Phillip Island to the Yarra Valley and Melbourne city, before overnighting at the Atlantis Hotel Melbourne. Please note that the post-conference tour is available on a first-come, first-served basis (limited to 52 people due to bus capacity).

Day 1 — Friday 15 January

Phillip Island Highlights & Transfer to Melbourne City

2:00 – 2:30 PM

Conference concludes at CYC The Island — board coaches, group check

2:30 – 3:15 PM

The Nobbies – Ocean Breeze Boardwalk — scenic coastal boardwalk walk.

3:15 – 4:00 PM

Free time on Phillip Island (Cowes beach & local cafés)

4:00 – 6:00 PM

Coach transfer directly to Melbourne city (approx. 2 hrs)

🍽️ Dinner — Korean Restaurant, Melbourne City (venue to be confirmed), private dining area, set group menu

After 7:30 PM

Check in at Atlantis Hotel Melbourne 

Day 2 — Saturday 16 January

Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges Day Tour

8:30 AM

Depart hotel for the Dandenong Ranges

Morning

🚂 Puffing Billy Steam Train ride

12:00 – 2:00 PM

🍽️ Lunch — Yarra Valley Winery (e.g. Rochford Wines)

2:00 – 3:30 PM

Yarra Valley Chocolaterie — visit & free time

3:30 – 6:00 PM

Free time / short local stop (details to be confirmed)

6:00 – 8:00 PM

🍽️ Dinner in Melbourne city (venue to be confirmed)

After dinner

Return to hotel — tour concludes

Day 3 — Sunday 17 January

Melbourne laneway café / coffee culture

Join the worship service of Monash CMI

Back to Hotel

Hotel check out - 10am Monday 18 January

• The itinerary is designed for a mixed-age group (young adults to seniors), with a relaxed and safe pace throughout.
